This week’s Athlete of the Week is Rowan Legion baseball star Chase Hathcock.

Hathcock came up big offensively in two Rowan victories this week. In a 16-3 rout of the Mooresville Legends , Hathcock went 4-for-4.

In a 6-2 win over county rival Southern Rowan on Sunday, Hathcock broke the game open with an opposite-field, two-run triple.
