VA Medical Centers — Charlotte, Winston-Salem and Hickory outpatient clinics patient appointments will be cancelled through noon on Friday. The Salisbury outpatient clinics patient appointments will be cancelled through 10 a.m. on Friday. Surgeries scheduled for Friday, 1/18/2013 are not being cancelled.
