Students will also attend a departmental fair in the Conference Center, where they will be able to learn about the career paths and academic areas of study that DCCC has to offer.
Those attending will also learn about the enrollment process and enrollment services at the college. They may also sign up for one-on-one tours for a later date with the option to observe a class.

DCCC will soon feature Glenda Hatchett, star of the nationally syndicated show, “Judge Hatchett,” as part of its Campus Speaker Series. Hatchett will present “Dare to Take Charge: How to Live and Lead with Purpose,” from 11 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. on Oct. 25 in the Conference Center on the DCCC campus.
Hatchett, author of “Dare to Take Charge,” will discuss her book and challenge listeners to be the CEOs of their own lives, define their dreams, dare to achieve them and try new things. There will be a book signing and reception following the presentation until 12:45 p.m.
Before presiding over her show, which is in its 10th season, Hatchett was senior attorney and manager of public relations for Delta Air Lines as the company’s highest-ranking African-American woman. She was also appointed Chief Presiding Judge of the Fulton County Juvenile Court as Georgia’s first African-American chief presiding judge. She has been named by Ebony magazine as one of the “100 Best and Brightest Women in Corporate America.”
In November, the series will feature an actor from the CBS series “CSI.”
