Salisbury’s musician community has put together a two-night fundraiser for Chris Jones, co-owner of the Blue Vine, who is in critical condition at Wake Forest Baptist University Hospital.
This Friday and Saturday night, Oct. 5-6, is the “Keeping ‘The Vine’ Alive For Chris!” benefit concert.
On Friday night the Ashley Jo Farmer Band takes the stage from 9-10:15 p.m., followed by the popular dance band, Divided by Four, from 10:30-midnight.
The Saturday night lineup features Jabe Fisher (singer/guitarist/harmonica/banjo) from 9 to 9:45 p.m., Matthew Church (singer/guitarist) from 9:45 to 10:30 p.m. and the Tripp Edwards Band from 10:30 to midnight.
