Jack Moore of Salisbury, creator and distributor of Blowin’ Smoke barbecue sauce, will be featured Oct. 9 in a rebroadcast of a Travel Channel episode of “All You Can Meat.”
The show airs again at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 9. It was originally on the Travel Channel Aug. 19.
The Travel Channel is Channel 354 in the local Time Warner Cable system; 139 on Fibrant; and 1254 on U-Verse, AT&T’s system.
The episode has host Chuey Martinez in quest of America’s best ribs. Martinez’s stops include Kansas City; Austin, Texas; and Spencer, where Moore cooked ribs for the Blowin’ Smoke Bombers, a Little League team he sponsors.
The Spencer segment was filmed in April.
