Rickey Dale Poole and Jenny Charles Poole of Salisbury are celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary Sept. 25, 2012. High school sweethearts, they were married Sept. 25, 1977, at St. Luke’s United Church of Christ in Salisbury by the Rev. Ingle O. Cook.
Rick is a sales manager for Universal Forest Products. Jenny is a homemaker.
Rick and Jenny are blessed with a daughter, Kristina (and husband Chris) Hill, and a son, Joshua (and wife Stacey) Poole, all residing in Salisbury. They have three grandboys, Blake, Tyler and Luke Hill.
The couple celebrated their special occasion with an Alaskan Cruise Adventure, starting in Vancouver, Canada, traveling through Alaska’s Inside Passage, and ending in South Central Alaska.
The Pooles give glory to God for their 35 years of marriage.
