The 30th reunion of the East Rowan High School class of 1982 will be held Saturday, Oct. 6, beginning with socializing at 6:30 p.m., and followed by dinner at 7 p.m. Dress is casual. It will be held upstairs at the Faith American Legion Building on Gantt Street in Faith.
The cost is $25 at the door, but advance tickets purchased by Friday, Sept. 21, are only $21 each. The meal will be provided by Gary’s Barbecue, followed by entertainment and dancing with a deejay.
A captain’s choice golf tournament is being offered as an optional event that Saturday at Corbin Hills Golf Course. Lunch is at 11:45 a.m. and the shot gun start is at 1 p.m. $40 per person is due by Oct. 1. This includes lunch and golf. The four-person teams do not have to consist of 1982 graduates.
