Toddler's drowning ruled accidental

FAITH – A 1-year-old’s drowning in a fountain on Rockwood Drive has been ruled accidental.
The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office said 13-month-old Parker James Lee Munn fell into a decorative cement fountain in a neighbor’s front yard near Faith Tuesday afternoon.
Capt. John Sifford said charges are not expected.
The child was found about 1:30 p.m. and CPR was performed at the scene.
Parker Munn is the son of Jessica Kepley and Nicholas Munn.
The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home on Saturday at 11 p.m.
