Veterans will be able to sign up for My HealtheVet, enroll in VA health care, learn about the wellness program, MOVE, tobacco cessation, women’s health and VA’s telehealth program. Preregistration is not required.
My HealtheVet was designed for veterans, active duty service members, their dependents and caregivers The program helps veterans partner with their health care team, and provides opportunities and tools to make informed decisions. In the past year, more features have been added that allow veterans to view VA appointments and check lab results. The most popular feature is still online prescription refills, allowing veterans to view their prescription history. Upgraded accounts allow veterans to send non-urgent secure messages to participating members of their VA health care team. Secure messaging is safe and secure, because the messages sent and received are all kept within My HealtheVet.
