• Jennifer Windsor said her brakes locked and that she did not swerve to avoid a dog in a crash on Klumac Road last week. She also said the children in the vehicle were 5 and 6 years old. A Salisbury Police report incorrectly stated the childrens’ ages and said Windsor swerved to avoid a dog.
