More than $40,000 in transmissions taken from RCCC building

SALISBURY – Police said more than $40,000 in vehicle transmissions have been stolen after three separate break-ins at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College.
A Salisbury Police report said a building on the South Jake Alexander campus was broken into on Aug. 15, Aug. 16 and Sept. 4. Twenty transmission and transfer cases were stolen, the report said.
The property was valued at more than $40,000.
