CHINA GROVE — Pyrotek is hosting its 3rd annual golf tournament at Warrior Golf Club next weekend.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Rowan County United Way. The event is Sept. 8, with a 1 p.m. registration and a 2 p.m. tee-of.
The cost is $60 per player or $240 per team. The format is Captain’s Choice and four-man shotgun. There will be prizes for first-, second- and third-splace teams.
There is also a mulligan package of $30 per player who receives two mulligans.
Every player buying the mulligan package will receive a certificate for a two-night hotel stay valued at $275 at one of 50 destinations. The grand prize is a Hawaiian golf vacation package for a hole-in-one at hole No. 16.
There is also a $10,000 putting challenge where the winner receives $5,000 and the the Rowan County United Way also receives $5,000.
Warrior Golf Club is located at 890 Lake Wright Road.
