H. Wayne Allman and Patti Clement Allman of Salisbury celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 12, 2012, at an event hosted by family members at the home of her brother, Randall Clement, at High Rock Lake. The Allmans were married Aug. 11, 1962, at Yadkin Methodist Church by the Rev. Fred Shinn.
Wayne retired from A&P, Norman’s of Salisbury and ABC after a total of 59 years employment. Patti retired from Norman’s of Salisbury after 34 years as Customer Service manager.
The Allmans have one son, Jonathan Wayne Allman of Linwood.
