SALISBURY — A group of hotel investors has bought the former Travelodge on Jake Alexander Boulevard South and plans to renovate and reopen the property, a tourism official said.
James Meacham, executive director for the Salisbury-Rowan Convention and Visitors Bureau, said the investors propose to reopen the motel off Interstate-85 as a Value Inn.
