Trucks, trailers, vans and cars move into their spaces at the Salisbury Market before the opening bell at 7 a.m. on Wednesday and Saturday morning. Work on the farms starts much earlier for every one of the produce vendors bringing their harvests in so you can enjoy the freshest vegetables and fruit possible.
Did you know that when a retailer says “locally grown” their meaning can be “grown in the same state” or “not trucked more than seven hours”?
