SALISBURY — The chef from the Sweetest Thing is moving to Cooper’s, which will open for lunch starting Tuesday.
Josh Harrell is the new head chef at Cooper’s, 122 E. Fisher St. He will bring several salads, soups and sandwiches from his menu at the Sweetest Thing, which closed last month.
“People have really missed his lunches,” said Leslie Cataldo, who owns Cooper’s with her husband, Joseph Cataldo.
Cooper’s will open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Evening hours will continue those days as well.
Cataldo said she expects to do more catering with Harrell running the kitchen.
