SALISBURY — Dan Nicholas Park officials will dedicate the rebuilt miniature golf course at the park in a ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Thursday.
The course was remodeled recently to be accessible to people who are disabled, including those in wheelchairs. This will be demonstrated during the dedication.
Long a popular attraction at Dan Nicholas Park, the course has had more than 5,500 visitors since it reopened about five weeks ago.
Sponsors, county commissioners, parks and recreation board members and others will be on hand for the dedication, which is open to the public.
Dan Nicholas Park is located at 6800 Bringle Ferry Road.
