SALISBURY — A Salisbury man is in jail after a woman accused him of molesting her 12-year-old son.
Salisbury Police arrested Earl White of North Shaver Street yesterday morning and charged him with two counts of felony sex offense and felony indecent liberties with a minor.
Police said the incident was reported on April 18.
White, 46, is not related to the child, the report said.
Salisbury Police Capt. Shelia Lingle said White was a “family acquaintance.”
White was also charged on several outstanding warrants for worthless checks.
He was in jail Tuesday under a $300,000 bond.
