Firefighters were called to a reported house fire at 3575 Goodman Lake Road on Thursday night.
Crews arriving at the scene just after 11 p.m. reported flames going from the second floor into the attic. A covered pool in the backyard was reported as a potential water source for those fighting the fire.
Duke Power was later called to secure electricity at the scene, which was cleared as under control before midnight.
