Fibrant maintenance planned next week

Fibrant is releasing details regarding an upcoming maintenance window.
DukeNet, Fibrant’s partner in providing fiber-optic communications, will be performing maintenance on their network April 10-13, 17-20, 24-25 and 27. This maintenance will be performed during a normal maintenance window from 12:01-5 a.m.
Although DukeNet, as well as Fibrant, have taken proactive measures to ensure that customers are not affected, issues may arise that result in a brief network outage. Fibrant apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. If customers have questions, they may contact Fibrant Technical Support at 704-216-7567 and select option two or help@fibrant.com.
Fibrant has more than 1,700 customers and provides internet, television and phone services for residents and businesses within the Salisbury city limits.
For more information regarding Fibrant, its services or programs, citizens may call 704-216-7467 or visit www.fibrant.com.
