ROCKWELL — Deputies made two arrests and found methamphetamine in the same Bringle Ferry Road home that deputies said held a meth lab in 2003. 
According to a Rowan County Sheriff’s Office report, deputies charged Katrina Sanders, 34, and Jonathan Norris, 46, after authorities raided 7545 Bringle Ferry Road and 895 Rock Grove Church Road in Rockwell. 
Investigators began looking into the case after they received complaints that Norris was making and selling meth.
Undercover officers from the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation and Sheriff’s Office met Norris at a gas station on Long Ferry Road near Interstate 85.
They seized about four grams of meth from his car at the meeting.
The Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team searched the two homes on Friday.
Deputies said they found meth at the Bringle Ferry Road home, Norris’ current address. Authorities did not find anything at the Rock Grove Church Road residence. 
In 2003, deputies said they seized a meth lab in the same Bringle Ferry Road house. 
Investigators did not list how much meth was found at Sanders’ residence, but said Norris had a rifle and several additional grams in the bedroom.
Norris, a convicted felon, is also a Rowan County Project Safe Neighborhood offender. 
Deputies charged him with two counts of felony possession of methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle to keep and store drugs, two counts of felony selling and delivering meth, two counts of felony possession of precursor chemicals to manufacture a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was given a $100,000 bond.
Sanders was charged with felony possession of meth, maintaining a home to keep and store drugs, manufacturing and selling a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was given a $7,500 bond.
Norris was convicted in 2006 of possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of precursor chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
He was also convicted of felony breaking and entering in 1989 and escaping from prison shortly after.
