Jim, Susan Phillips ambassadors for Senior Games

Jim and Susan Phillips have been chosen by Salisbury/Rowan Senior Games to serve as a Rowan County North Carolina Senior Games Ambassador.
Ambassadors encourage others to stay healthy and live better and longer through participation in Senior Games programs.
Ambassadors assist their Senior Games & SilverArts Coordinator in recruiting participants. They receive training in public relations, marketing and Senior Games information.
Salisbury/Rowan Senior Games & SilverArts is one of 53 sanctioned programs serving all 100 counties. North Carolina Senior Games is the statewide Senior Olympics program that motivates participants to stay active and healthy.
The nonprofit’s approach to wellness is designed to challenge individuals at their own levels. Other programs that are available through NCSG include: SilverArts, celebrating the creative talents of North Carolina’s senior artists and SilverStriders, the national award winning walking program.
