County, city offices closed for holiday

The following are government closings for the Christmas and New Year holidays and changes, if any, to services:
Rowan County offices will be closed Monday, Tuesday and Jan. 2.
Landfill will be closed Saturday and reopen on Monday.
Convenience and recycling centers will be closed Saturday, and all except Julian Road and Woodleaf centers will be closed Monday.
Salisbury office buildings, including the Salisbury Customer Service Center and all four recreation centers, will be closed Monday, Tuesday and Jan. 2.
The cityís Solid Waste Division will offer garbage and recycling collection on schedule throughout the holidays.
The cityís Street Division will offer limb collection for all areas and leaf collection for Area I the week following the Christmas holiday, from Wednesday through Friday. The Street Division will offer limb collection for all areas and leaf collection for Area II the week following the New Yearís holiday from Jan. 3-6.
The Transit Division will operate Routes 1, 2 and 3 on Monday and Jan. 2 from 8:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
The gate to Salisbury Community Park will be closed on Sunday and Jan. 1.
Fibrant Technical Support will maintain regular hours throughout the holidays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. For assistance, customers may contact Fibrant Technical Support by calling 704-216-7567 and select option 1 for internet or option 2 for video or phone.
Salisbury Rowan Utilitiesí administrative offices will be closed Monday, Tuesday and Jan. 2. If you have a water or sewer emergency after hours or during the holidays, call 704-638-5339.
Spencer town offices will be closed Friday, Monday and Jan. 2. Garbage service will run one day behind.
Granite Quarry Town Hall will be closed Monday and Tuesday for the Christmas holiday and Jan. 2 for the New Yearís holiday. Garbage collection is not affected.
Faith Town Hall will be closed Friday, Monday and Jan. 2. Garbage service will not be affected.
Cleveland Town Hall will be closed Monday, Tuesday and Jan. 2. Trash pick-up will remain the same.
