Black Wilson Engagement

Sam and Robin Black of Gold Hill are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Glenda Elisha Black of Salisbury, to Robert Jay Wilson, also of Salisbury.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Preacher Joe and the late Mick Black and Frank and Nellie Schenk, all of Salisbury. A 1993 graduate of East Rowan High School, Elisha also studied at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. She is employed by the Salisbury Post.
The future groom is the son of Russel and Barbara Lambert and the late R.J. Wilson, all of Salisbury, and the grandson of the late Paul and Pauline Wycoff of Salisbury and the late Robert and Beaulah Wilson of Spencer. A 1991 graduate of East Rowan High School, Robert also studied at RCCC. He is employed by Pike Energy Solutions.
The wedding is Dec. 18 at Eastside Baptist Church in Salisbury.
