Robert Toth's Edison busts prove popular

RobertToth’s busts of Thomas Edison have been purchased by the Research and Development Council of New Jersey for the second year in a row for use as awards to scientists and inventors. This year, Toth says, he filled orders for 57 nine-inch busts and one life-sized bust. Last year, he received orders for 55 of the nine-inch busts.
Toth collaborated with Edison’s son Theodore back in 1974 when creating the portrait of his father.
Toth was born in Newark, NJ, where Edison opened his first factory.
