Rockwell woman faces drug charges

ROCKWELL — A Rockwell woman was charged with drug possession and taking items from two Rockwell homes.
The Granite Quarry-Faith Police Authority charged Catherine Linn Bryant Greeley, 32, of 339 Wilcoy Road, with felony possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, and possession of stolen goods/property. All charges are misdemeanors.
On Saturday, authorities arrested Greeley, who was in possession of a metal clamp used to grind pills, a hypodermic needle, hydrocodone and alprazolam, a drug typically used as an anti-anxiety medication, an arrest warrant said.
Credit cards, a license, checkbook and purse as well as pills were taken from a home at 606 Woodland Drive and a home at 608 Woodland Drive.
Greeley remains in the Rowan County Detention Center under a $5,000 bond.
