Neely Southern Engagement

James and Wylene Neely of East Spencer announce the engagement of their daughter, Wanda Lakisha Neely, to Tony Southern, son of Earlene and the late Willie Southern of Whiteville, N.C.
Wanda has a son, Tiras Neely. She is the granddaughter of Lawson and Carnell Garrison of East Spencer and the late Theolia Polk Neely. A 1995 graduate of North Rowan High School, Wanda graduated from Dudley Beauty College in Charlotte in 1996.
Tony has a son, Terrence Southern. He is the grandson of John and Willowdean Cogdell and the late John and Florris Bradley of Whiteville. He is a graduate of Whiteville High School.
The wedding is Oct. 13, 2012, at The Lakes in Kannapolis.
