Grandparents are William and Lillian Waycaster of Salisbury, Teresa Gowda of Circle Pines, Minn. and Gerald Blair of Coon Rapids, Minn.
Shiloh Mills
A daughter, Shiloh Mae, was born to Mandy and Bryan Mills of Salisbury on Nov. 1, 2011, at Lexington Memorial Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces. She has a sister, Ashlyn, 12. Grandparents are Ken and Cyndi Osterhus of Salisbury, the late Roland Mills Sr. and the late Mae Mills. Great-grandparents are Kate and Bob Ball and Gertrude Zeger, all of Mercersburg, Pa.
