SPENCER — The regular November meeting for the Spencer Board of Aldermen has been changed to accommodate the upcoming municipal election.
The meeting is rescheduled for 7 p.m. Nov. 15. Aldermen had previously moved the meeting to Nov. 7 but then realized voting equipment will be set up in Town Hall for the next day’s election.
