Drug bust leads to one million in bonds

CHINA GROVE—Deputies found two men in possession of 0.9 pounds of cocaine in the western stretch of N.C. 152 on Tuesday.
According to arrest warrants, Juan Carlos Resillos 306 C Center St., Kannapolis, and Nicholas Lopez-Ayon, 1223 Park Ave., Salisbury, were each charged with two counts of felony trafficking cocaine and felony conspiring to traffic cocaine.
Arrest warrants said Deputy Kevin Myers was the arresting officer in the drug raid.
Resillos and Lopez-Ayon are each being held at the Rowan County Detention Center after being given $500,000 bonds each.
