Mount Ulla man registers most Angus in N.C.

Joe K. Hampton of Mount Ulla, ranked as ninth largest in registering the most Angus beef cattle in North Carolina, having recorded 69 head of Angus with the American Angus Association during fiscal year 2011, which ended Sept. 30, a press release said.
Angus breeders across the nation registered 294,975 head of Angus cattle in 2011.
