TCJ Motivations Inc. is proud to announce its 2011 Alpha Class Leadership Academy graduates. From July 30 to Sept. 3, the group brought a six-week professional development and brotherhood based leadership academy to the Salisbury- Rowan community.
TCJ Leadership Academy is specifically designed to enhance, support and train young men to become not only dynamic leaders but also to expose them to business and etiquette skills that may enhance their communities through their knowledge and exposure.
Young men from diverse backgrounds where brought together to learn from one another as well as to listen to trained professionals talk about articulation, stage presence, etiquette, confidence, brotherhood and professionalism. This academy provided information that will deliver a support system and resources.
The program, which started in Salisbury, will be on the road to the Winston-Salem community in October.
Theodis Chunn, CEO/ Founder began this initiative during his reign as Mr. Winston-Salem State University. Chunn established the platform ěBuilding Brotherhood throughout North Carolina and beyond.î Not only did this begin an entrepreneur campaign for this project, but he also began living it through the ministry that was a vision through Godís word.
The groupís first scholarship recipient is Marquies Gaither.
Those involved in the event include volunteer Timothy Gray, Aaron Miller, Cederion Haynie, Edward Lomax Jr., Nathaniel Hamiliton, Marquies Gaither and Quandaus Gaither.
