Join us for our workshop series with Pam Outen from the NC Cooperative Extension as she speaks on different ways families can achieve healthier lifestyles. Outen will offer tips on how to eat healthier and be more active as a family. The two sessions will cover different aspects of a healthy lifestyle. Attendance is not required at both.
