SALISBURY — Carlos Manuel Rodriguez, 19, of 206 Hickory Drive, faces several charges over allegations of stealing electronics, clothing and jewelry from a home on Skyline Drive.
Rodriguez is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, felony breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering.
He was being held in the Rowan County Detention Center on $10,000 bond. Salisbury police say he took items worth $8,450 from the Skyline Drive home between June 24 and June 26.
