SALISBURY ó Jereme Kegan Bates, 21, of 266 Allman Farm Road in Kannapolis, is charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and two counts of assault by pointing a gun.
The Rowan County Sheriffís Office charged Bates on Friday.
He posted $25,000 bond and was released from the Rowan County Detention Center.
Previously, Bates pleaded guilty Sept. 1 in Iredell County Superior Court of felony maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances.
