Salisbury Police charged Samuel Lee White, 30, of 1126 Celebration Drive, on Wednesday with several drug counts.
Members of the Salisbury Police Department’s Narcotics Unit had a search warrant for 410 W. 15th St., Apt. 18F. A search resulted in the recovery of illegal drugs. Items seized were 28.7 grams of marijuana and a set of digital scales.
White was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver schedule VI and drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Rowan County Detention Center under a $5,000 bond.
