Rowan County landfill, recycling centers and processing center will be closed Monday.
Salisbury city offices will be closed Monday. City yard waste and limb collection will not occur Monday, with collection resuming Tuesday. Garbage collection and recycling services will not change.
City bus services will not operate Monday. The normal transit operating schedule will resume Tuesday.
Salisbury Community Park will operate on normal schedule from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday, but all Salisbury Parks & Recreation Centers will be closed Monday.

Granite Quarry Town Hall will be closed Monday. The Granite Quarry Board of Aldermenís meeting has been rescheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday. Garbage pickup in Granite Quarry is not affected by the holiday.
Faith Town Hall will be closed Monday. Garbage pickup will remain the same.
Cleveland Town Hall will be closed Monday. Garbage pickup will run on its regular schedule. The Cleveland Town Commissioners meeting has been rescheduled for 7 p.m. Sept. 12.
Rockwell town offices will be closed.
Kannapolis city offices will be closed. Garbage and recycling will be collected on the normal schedule.
