EAST SPENCER — The 16th Mass Dunbar Reunion will be held this weekend, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The three-day reunion begins with registration from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. on Friday at the Southern City Business Center, 906 S. Shaver St., East Spencer.
The opening ceremony will be held from 7 p.m.-12:30 a.m., African attire, at the Salisbury Country Club, 747 Club Drive, Salisbury.
On Saturday, a parade will be held at 11 a.m. on Long Street in East Spencer.
The Saturday picnic will follow from 1-5 p.m. at the Dunbar Center.
Saturday night’s Nostalgia Ball will take place from 7 p.m.-12:30 a.m., semi-formal attire, at the Spencer Moose Lodge, 1301 Elizabeth Ave., Spencer.
On Sunday, a memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. at Southern City AME Zion Church in East Spencer.
