KANNAPOLIS — Roderick Tyrone Polk, 33, of 1005 Poplar Ave., was charged with felony possession of cocaine and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances.
Kannapolis police arrested Polk Sunday in connection with incidents that occurred July 21. Polk, who has drug trafficking charges pending in Rowan County Superior Court, is scheduled to appear in court on the new charges Tuesday.
He was being held on $10,000 bond in the Rowan County Detention Center.
