SALISBURY — Andy Omar Gomez, 16, of 4819 Aaron Road in Mt. Pleasant, is charged with first-degree burglary after allegedly breaking into an occupied apartment in Kannapolis Saturday morning.
Gomez is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center under $10,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
