Felony breaking and/or entering ń Jeffrey Allen Brumbargh, also felony larceny after breaking/entering and felony possession of stolen goods, action abates due to death of defendant.
Misdemeanor breaking and/or entering ń Jasmine Charmaine Johnson, 45 days, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, pay court cost, $100 fine and $600 court-appointed attorney fee, complete 24 hours community service work in 60 days and pay fee, not assault, threaten or harass victims, no contact with co-defendants.
