Felony selling marijuana ń Devante Kwandari McCluney, two charges, 5-6 months, suspended, 24 months probation, pay court cost, and $600 SBI lab fees, not use or possess any illegal controlled substance, submit to body testing, obtain substance abuse assessment and abide by recommended treatment, obtain gainful employment within 60 days or perform 24 hours CSW each week until he is employed fulltime and pay CSW fee, successfully complete GED or high school equivalency, provide DNA sample, live in residence approved by probation officer and not move without permission, also two charges felony possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana, VD in both cases.
Driving while impaired ń Walter Thomas Morrow, 6 months, suspended, 18 months supervised probation, pay court cost and $400 fine, obtain substance abuse assessment and abide by recommended treatments, not use, possess or consume any type of alcoholic beverage, submit to warrantless searches for alcoholic beverages, perform 72 hours CSW and pay CSW fee.
Misdemeanor injury to real property ń Don Rushen, 45 days, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, pay court cost and $618.75 CAAF, have no contact with victim or her family, obtain substance abuse assessment and abide by recommended treatment, also misdemeanor second-degree trespassing, VD.
Felony assault inflicting serious bodily injury ń Delwyn Jamar Smith, also felony possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana and felony possession of a firearm by a felon, 20-24 months, suspended, 36 months supervised probation, 90 days special probation in jail, jail credit, pay court cost, not use/possess dangerous weapons or illegal controlled substances, have no contact with victims or co-defendants, residence to be approved by probation officer, submit to drug tests, obtain substance abuse assessment if any positive test and abide by recommended treatment, obtain GED or high school equivalency within 6 months, abide by curfew set by probation officer for the first 30 days, obtain gainful employment within 30 days, perform 24 hours CSW each week if not employed by then, submit DNA sample.
Felony common law robbery ń Bobby E. Wesley II, also felony breaking and/or entering, 11-14 months, suspended, 30 months supervised probation, 6 months intensive probation including 50 hours CSW, no contact with victims or co-defendants, pay court cost and $200 restitution joint with co-defendants, not use/possess illegal controlled substance or alcohol, submit to warrantless searches and drug tests, obtain substance abuse assessment and abide by recommended treatment if any test is positive, enroll in GED or high school equivalency program, residence to be approved by probation officer, submit DNA sample, also two charges misdemeanor breaking into coin/currency machine, VD.
