• Possession of cocaine – Montario Antwond Glenn, also felony habitual felon, 80-105 months, jail credit, work release and DART program recommended if eligible, notice of appeal, also felony possession with intent to sell/deliver Schedule II controlled substance, VD.
• Felony breaking and/or entering – Juanita Story Lawing, also felony larceny after breaking/entering, felony possession of stolen goods/property and misdemeanor injury to real property, 8-10 months, suspended, 30 months supervised probation, 6 months intensive probation, have no contact with victim or go on or about property in this case, pay court cost, $500 fine and $500 restitution, provide DNA sample.
• Felony discharging weapon into occupied dwelling/moving vehicle – Roy Paul Pittman, 24-38 months, suspended, 36 months supervised probation, 6 months intensive probation, obtain substance abuse assessment and comply with recommended treatment, have no contact with neighbors, pay court cost and $825 CAAF, provide DNA sample, surrender all firearms and not possess any firearms, defendant to be allowed to travel to Columbia, S.C., for the purpose of obtaining vegetables to sell upon approval of probation officer.
• Attempted trafficking in opium or heroin – Brandon Scott Russell, also felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver Schedule II controlled substance, 10-12 months, suspended, 30 months supervised probation, 6 months intensive probation, obtain substance abuse assessment and abide by recommended treatment, pay court cost, $100 fine, $600 SBI lab fee and $600 CAAF, provide DNA sample, drugs to be destroyed.
