Disposition of cases heard the week of May 9 in Rowan Superior Trial Court by Judge Richard L. Doughton:
Felony assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury ń Eubert B. Misenheimer, also misdemeanor carrying concealed weapon, no operatorís license, possessing fictitious/altered title/registration card/tag, operating vehicle with no insurance and expired/no inspection sticker, 25-39 months, suspended, 36 months supervised probation and 6 months intensive probation including 100 hours CSW and fee, serve six days special probation in jail, pay court cost and $750 CAAF, complete anger management, substance abuse and mental health assessments within 30 days and abide by recommendations, have no contact with victim except as needed for children and only with another adult present, not use any alcohol, remain gainfully employed, submit DNA sample.
Felony trafficking in opium or heroin ó Dana Ward Winstead, two charges, also felony selling cocaine, two charges felony possession with intent to sell/deliver Schedule III controlled substance and two charges felony selling Schedule III controlled substance, 70-84 months, pay court cost, $600 SBI lab fee, $525 CAAF, $193 restitution and $50,000 fine, substance abuse treatment, work release and trade skills training recommended.
