The Spencer Police are seeking the identification of a man in reference to a larceny of a debit card on May 23.
The card was taken near the Cash Points ATM at 315 N. Salisbury Ave., according to Detective N.W. Pacilio. The suspect then withdrew money from the victim’s account, took the card and used it at the Kangaroo in Spencer.
