KANNAPOLIS — A scientist from the N.C. Research Campus will share health information about blueberries this weekend on NPR.
Dr. Mary Ann Lila, director of N.C. State University’s Plants for Human Health Institute in Kannapolis, will be on the “People’s Pharmacy.” The radio show program is broadcast on NPR nationwide.
Hosts Joe and Terry Graedon will interview Lila about the positive impact blueberries have on human health.
In the Salisbury area, WFAE at 90.7 FM will air the segment at 7 a.m Saturday and 3 p.m. Sunday.
