Few leads on Dee Rios murder

SPENCER — Dee Rios was killed Nov. 13, 2010, at the start of her morning shift at Latin Mix, a convenience store in Spencer.
The 20-year-old was shot just after she hit the panic alarm at the store; the suspect took off with about $11.
Spencer Police released a sketch of the suspect and then released a video of a person of interest walking through the Food Lion in Spencer.
Police received leads that didn’t take them far, and the case is still open.
