Report: Driver punched, hot wings stolen
SALISBURY – A Domino’s Pizza delivery driver was reportedly punched in the face by an unknown man and robbed of 40 hot wings last night near the intersection of Monroe and South West streets.
Police said the delivery driver was driving down Monroe Street when he was flagged down by an unknown male, the report said.
The Domino’s employee got out of his car, placed the delivery bag on the trunk of his car and pulled out the wings. When he turned around, the man punched him in the face, grabbed the wings and ran down the street.
The Salisbury Police Department is investigating and anyone with information is urged to call 704-638-5333.
