SALISBURY — A man who police say sat on a couch at the Salvation Army Thrift Store Thursday afternoon with his pants around his ankles and leg propped up on the couch, exposing himself, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
The call came in to police around 2 p.m. Thursday from the Salvation Army, 520 S. Main St., and as police pulled into the parking lot, the man was leaving, the report said. Police stopped to question him.
The man, Randall Boyd Johnson, 55, of 2285 Pristine View, of Charleston, S.C., was arrested and given a $1,000 secured bond.
