Clarification
When asked if she was concerned that Fibrant has operated six months without an updated business plan, Salisbury Mayor Susan Kluttz said no. A story in Thursdayís Post was unclear when it paraphrased Kluttz as saying she was not concerned about operating six months without a business plan.
